International delivery

We dispatch from Ipswich, England, and deliver worldwide. Shipping is selected and paid at Stripe Checkout. Duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If you are in the UK, you may cancel an order of unused goods within 14 days of receiving them, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please write to us to start a return. International customers should contact us first — we will advise on the most practical route. Return postage is typically paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Clothing must be returned unworn and unwashed, with its original tags. If a piece does not fit, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange it for another size, subject to availability.

Care

Follow the care label on each piece. Dry clean tailoring sparingly, and brush and air it between wears. Hand wash cashmere and wool cold and dry them flat. Brush suede, and store leather away from damp and direct heat. Well-kept clothes last for decades.
